This fresh new look was designed to help Leicestershire based Butlin make the move from a lettings company to a full-on estate agency.

Designed to stand out on ‘For Sale’ boards and sales particulars alike, we created a new identity that was built around a logo using a geometric ‘3-D’ element and impactful, easy-to-read typography.

The use of bright colours make this company really stand out, being highly visual and having loads of impact on the high street in Loughborough and across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
