The English Federation of Disability Sport (EFDS) support disabled people to find opportunities to get active, and to raise awareness of disability sport.
Subtitled ‘A toolkit for identification and competition’, this booklet was designed to provide help categorising athletes to ensure fair competition in disabled sport.
This needed careful organisation of the information, a clear presentation style and a simple mechanism for identifying the disability without offending or patronising the athletes.
