Keegans are a property company delivering various building services for social housing and commercial builders. They wanted to build a range of electronic communications to help them keep in touch with a number of different audiences.
Our Solution
Using our e-publishing system ‘Caboodle’, we provided an email marketing service by creating a range of email templates designed to reach the key audiences.
The first was The Bridge electronic newsletter aimed at employees throughout Keegans and across the other companies within the group. It provides an ideal way to cover all the stories and photographs supplied by staff without the cost and waste of printing a substantial newsletter.
Next was Keynotes, an electronic newsletter aimed at Keegans clients. Here the ability to record which articles are read by clients, and which issues are of interest to them enable a more tailored response.
Finally, to support a lunch event at the main social housing conference in Harrogate, we produced electronic invites which were sent to selected clients. An ideal solution, the invites enable quick and detailed responses from those attending, and could be resent to those who hadn’t opened them first time around – making sure none of the important clients missed their invite.
