A Day to Remember!
Whatever it's for, holding an event or conference represents a huge commitment of time, effort, and in many cases your reputation. Making sure you have the right support materials is absolutely vital whatever the scale of the event – but the bigger it is, the more important it becomes.
Intriguing invites, exciting themes and inspiring presentation all offer opportunities to make the day into something special. Building expectation ahead of the event and then delivering on the day are important, but there is also a great opportunity to help shape what people take away from the event – and ultimately that will determine its success.

Talk Performance
The Brief
Talk Seminars organise inspirational events to help organisations promote and encourage development of key staff, and give them the chance to learn from top business leaders and inspiring sports stars. Each year they hold such an event at a top London venue, and we were asked to provide a theme that would promote the day to key professionals and bring together the different strands of the event.
Our Solution
The event was to be held at Lords Cricket ground, and was hosted by Roger Black (MBE). We generated a branding that could be used across the event, featuring a speech bubble Icon that could be used in various ways across different items.
Key Speakers were heavily featured in the event programme, including Apollo 16 Astronaut Charles Duke. This stylish approach not only built the profile of the event, but also created an ideal platform for delegates to collect the autograph of a truly remarkable man - one of the few human beings to have walked on the moon!
Ahead of the event, invites were sent out in a series of HTML e-shots designed to attract new delegates, and provide the key information to persuade them to take time out of their busy schedules and attend.
The theme and branding were then carried through to the stage dressing of the day, and onto Powerpoint slides to introduce the speakers and structure the schedule of events throughout a very successful and inspiring day.
