In last week's blog I talked about the battle between Capability and Usability when creating a website - that is to say how you make sure that you are actually able to use all the features and facilities of your new website. Talking with people this week has convinced me even more that bad CMS systems are difficult to work with and obviously make maintaining the website a painful experience - let alone trying to capitalise on the opportunities of the web.
